Brief 06
My File Management is supposed to be to an extent not to complicated
and simple to navigate, with clear labelling.
The system I use for file management separates the different areas of
the work load for each Tutor allowing me to find work for that specific person
more easily, rather than all essays and written work in one folder, each tutor has a folder for
Essays and written work if necessary.

Things are separated so I can
see more easily for main types of work, such as all moodboards and the images I
used for the mood boards are all in one folder, essays and written work are in
a folder of their own, and the main workloads of the project are separated
into:

Windows
allows me to view my files as lists with Dates and the size of the contents but
it also allows me to view them as icons, with the preview of a few images in
that folder, but the size and date will not be visible with this choice.
I
like to use the list when it comes to essays and software work because of the
ability to see the information such as the size and date. For Images such as
renders, textures and moodboards I like to use the icons, allowing me to see
what they are before having to click on it, with sizes also not being as
important as with other work.
